Taken through a loofah, using a 375watt movie flood on the other end (and yes, I scorched the loofah!)

Curves, noiseware, USM 100% at 8 pixel radius
brightness/contrast -10/+10, cloned out one tiny stray fibre, noiseware, resize, curves, save for web.

Didn't know what this was at first but my friend goog helped me out. A vegetable? Wow, I never heard of these.

Great shot of it here. Love the glow and the details in the foreground.
