I voted this a 4. It's a photo that fits the challenge very well, but a cityscape like this would of benefitted from a better crop , city should be the line that cuts the photo in half. It's too high up and blackness is everywhere. Try this again with a new perspective and a higher ISO setting. The exposure is good though.

Take a photograph depicting how electricity has affected society or our environment in a negative or positive way. Something electric should be clearly visible in your photo

What would it have been without electricity ... with LPG or wax?

Nice and neat, carefully balanced and processed - the black is properly black - and a strong compositional sense. A slightly bland subject choice for me - but this is a well executed approach to that.
