 For those of you who wondered how this was done...
These are water-drops which sit on a red-colored paper covered with a nylon (which prevents them from wetting the paper and keeping the oval shape).
I put these drops slowly and carefully, while the biggest drop was no doubt the hardest since I had to create it in this shape.
The only tool I used was a straw in all this process.
