 A big difference between the brightness of the ground and sky resulted in a somewhat overexposed sky. Therefore went with this crop and eliminated the sky altogether.

Moved the colour balance away from the reds/yellows slightly. Increased brightness and contrast, resized, added border, minor USM.

I'm glad you cropped the sky out, the train tracks is what makes this whole photo. I think the angle you took of the tracks actually draws you into the picture and leads you down and around the bend. It's captivating.

Great job keeping everything in focus. Many folks would have blurred the tracks in the foreground, which would have detracted from this. Great representation of the challenge, too!
