 Swimming pool chlorine/bromine and pH Balance test kit. Two daylight lamps. Key light to the right, fill light to the left. Both softened with thin white paper. Manual white balance, exposure bracketing, pattern metering. F/3.5 at 1/15 sec.

Yes, I used food coloring in order to provide much more contrast than a regular Chlorine or pH test would. Believe it or not, each side of my pool tester only had one drop of food coloring put in. That's the closest I could come to some sort of pink shade for the Cl. The same happened with the yellow (pH) side.

This is funny. I clean the pool at my apartment complex and this pool is DANGEROUS! Very over chlorinated and acidic enough to wash your skin away. Food coloring I presume. Made me chuckle seeing as how I use that device 5 days a week.
