Great idea and clever take on the challenge, nice title. Good lighting and composition, the elements play into each other well. The only thing I have is that the boy's eyes are slightly hidden.

This is clever. Cute too! ;^) Trying to figure out the lighting here, looks like a spotlight hitting the beaker and table edge area which is throwing a hard glare on the beaker and really making the white jacket pop out. This in turn makes the white board behind seem underexposed. Not sure how you could have done it differently - a reflector board maybe to bounce some light behind the boy? Anyway, certainly an interesting image to look at. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

with oversized glasses and baggy gloves I would hope for the experiment to be equaly overbearing. Little blown out on the sleave that is up, but is a fun concept.

Best set-up I've seen so far; I'm just a bit bothered about the blownoutedness of the white lab coat.

And ... if the candy sets in the jar, how's he going to get it out? ;-)
