I think this is excellent!! The red color of the thread woven around artistically, and the needle highlighted. Very good The most creative of all the submissions in my opinion. 9

This is a great pic! Sharp as can be, and you did a great job with the lighting and choice of colors for the background and thread. Good work!

I love the simplicity of this, it's sharp and focused (in all senses of that word)
how do you get the solid black background?

Very nice!!! Tough focus here. You must have a nice camera! It's a little blown out on the pointy part of needle though. Love the color and the way the thread kinda disappears into the background. I'm sayin' 8

Beautiful sharpness in the needle and the thread. Great depth of field. Blurring of the thread really make for a interesting composition.

This is really nice...the needle looks a bit over sharpened? and, if you could have aranged the thread so all could have been in sharp focus....you likely did but liked this one better....I like it too...9

I like the flow of the thread and the composition of this photo. It almost looks like a rendering from 3D software. Perfect focus on the needle. Awesome.

Very nice! How'd you get the pin to stand up? Love the contrast! One thing to mention - pity about the little spot of white under the string on the LHS and various spots over the black as it ruins a perfect black. Maybe brightness and contrast would have helped this?

Very nice. I like the way the string flows from one side, through the loop, then to the other eyes (great leading line). Good luck. Jacko. 9
