A picture taken at a beach house in Santa Cruz. The thick storm hurt the lighting a little bit. Cropped to get rid of some lens flare. Adjustments: levels, curves, hue/saturation.

This is the kind of silhouette I like: there are some details on the subject but not enough to say it is not a silhouette. I also like the mood.
But why did you crop it with so little space above? 6

I like idea here. I think a slightly lower angle on your model to eliminate some of the tracks in the sand and draw the eye out to the waves would help this.

Wow, this has a magic touch! I love how she is standing on the rail and is lit by the moon (?). Perfect, a ribbon candidate! 10

The photo subject doesn't match the title subject. Maybe if there was more of the storm pictured.
