| I wanted this to do top 10. Gave it a 9 - it's fabulous. He has some beautiful eyes and your ability to get that crisp light and focus is what I aim for! |

| Great light and interesting concept. Up close I think "What is this about?" But when I stand back a bit from the screen it looks like a face from a flower or oyster shell. Very nice, bumping up a point. :) |

| Amazing tones. The eye is captivating. You MUST teach me how to execute this...where are the lights, what post processing do you do to bring the eye out so much. |

| The colors around the face are deep, dark and rich. I really like how the face is peaking out from the folds of the blood red cloth. Lighting on the face is wonderful for you get to see the individual hiding there. The eye. That single, unhidden, stunning aqua blue eye reaches out and captivates us. The stare and color of that blue eye grabs and holds our attention. This is a very strong composition - Not sure how the title relates to the image but I am NOT dinging you down for it. |

Technical: lighting, composition, coloring, and contrast is all just awesome...

| very, very arty and incredibly rich in colour and texture...the freckles are superb and the eye really pops cause it's blue! Wonderful...good luck...coupld be in ribbon winning territory |

Composition: 8 - This works very well imo.
Technical: 8 - Nice high contrast editing which really brings out the rich colours in the shot. The eye really sticks out well too, nice one.
Creativity: 7 - Definately not the usual portrait :)
Appeal: 6 - The rich colours really make this shot nice to look at for me, but it starts to creep me out if I look at it too long :P
