Taken from the Francis Scott Key Bridge over the Potomac River (between Arlington, Virginia and the Georgetown area of Washinton, DC). I was there on a business trip. Post processing included cropping and a lot of play with color levels and color balancing to try to make the water a much nicer shade of green than it is in real life. Ran it through Neat Image a couple of times, and did a little bit of USM. Resize and save for web.

I took a lot of pictures that day, but I thought this was by far the best fit for the "Perspective" challenge. I hope the voters agree.

A nice sharp shot however a couple of things that I think may improve it include:

1. Rotate the pic slightly counter clockwise so the boat is running perfectally vertical.

2. Crop it so the boat is dead center, it appeats to have a little more room on the right. This of course violates the rules of thirds but I think it would work for this shot

Still all in all a very nioce entry

Very good perspective here. Ordinarily I would not like the splitting in half of the image, but in this case it works very well. Great color saturation. 9

Great rowing shell point of view! I´m sculler too. Like so much of this picture. But really... there are only a ponit of view picture, not a perpective, a commom mistake at this challenge.

First I hated it...now I love it! The foam on the water adds a lot to the image.

I like the POV, but it doesn't seem too sharp.

DNMC, is not a perspective shot in sence it does not create a 3d feel on a 2d surface
