 Very much cropped photo - these guys don't let you get too close. I only got two shots before he took to the air. I had thought the little flock of them had gone, because I had seen them in rice paddies a few weeks ago, but then not seen them - but they were in a rice paddy on the other side of the road.

It seems to be a Cattle Egret, Bulbulcus ibis. Their plumage is more or less completely white for most of the year except in spring when they have orangey feathers on the crown, breast and mantle, giving them their alternative name of Buff-backed Heron. Even when these orange patches are at their most vivid, the bird still looks mostly white.

I love this shot due to the fact it makes me think he's out shopping. Good contrast of color between the bird and the background.

Depending on one's Point of View, this photo could go for either success or failure. Honestly, this incident seems to have "ruined the frog's day." ;)
