I really like this photo. The only thing that somehow bothers me and I don't know *why* is the lower left corner. The shadows or the dark blue. It shouldn't bother me, but every time I look at it -- I find it distracting. Yet, I don't know that it should be cropped off. It offers some variety. Just thought I'd share my thoughts...

Nice composition. Good focus. There seems to be a slight blemish on the bottom leaf of the flower... Couldn't you find a better one? (Just Kidding!!)

need to be closer to isolate the flower more, or further away to contrast the white/ green.

Pretty flower. I wonder if you could have cropped it a big tighter though? I'm not sure that the extra pads add too much.

Hum, you did this well. I have shot this same shot in the sun and will tell you it was not 1/4 as nice. Good green, yellow and shadow. Well done. Kee

Very nice shot... if there were some ripples in the water to make it stand out more, or less lily pads around the flower, you would have had an even better picture.
