 Hunua Falls. Shot through a Cokin Infrared Filter. I had something completely different in mind for this challenge that also included water. After google searching water cliches, I came across this old cliche & it just seemed to fit this photograph so well although I probably should of included a bit more water at the bottom of the water fall. I had only bought the infrared filter the day before this photograph was taken.

Hey this is just great. I just bought the D70 as well as some Cokins...I will definitely be trying it out. Actually one of the Cokins arrived today and I have just walked in from using it...great timing and thanks heaps for your email.

It's an interesting saying, but the waterfall doesn't really illustrate it for me. That said, it's a very interesting shot the way you've shifted the colors to give it that eerie, otherworldly quality.

This photo seems extremely over processed. For me the connection could have been made with a nicely saturated in natural colors. The processing takes away.
