Hey, whoever said fashion makes sense? :)
This idea was vivid in my mind, but taking the pic to match it was not nearly as easy. Hope it does well.

levels, curves, USM, NeatImage, save for web.

Thank you all for your great comments (even the startled ones)!!
On behalf of my model, her cleavage and my shoes, I thank you.

Unconvincing. How are you going to eat it after you finish the straps? :)

This is just outrageously good. I missed this challenge, but boy what competition there must have been if this didn't ribbon! SUPERB!!!

I knew this one would do great! The idea was awesome.

I think the crop is perfect.....I kept trying to visualize it cut below the nose and couldn't figure why it didn't work that way.....not paying close enough attention I guess.....YES....it is the hair curl....subtle detail that adds a lot.......again.......great image! .......and congrats!

Thanks for the feedback!
Judy, I appreciate the breakdown. Frankly, I'm surprised no one noticed there was only one earring! :D
Also, I considered cropping below the nose, but really wanted the hair curl in there, so opted no to...
Thanks again, I had great fun with it.
Tilly

This is such a clever idea. I think that a little more attention to the details would have made this just about perfect for the challenge. All the white (plate, cloth and collar) is a bit much IMO and a bit on the yellowish side. The plate seems to be sitting a bit uneven, but that could be from the shadow. I think the crop suggestion for just below the nose is a good idea as well. And the hands don't look bad at all, but I think it would carry the "fashion" idea a bit more effectively with longer polished nails.

The chopsticks are a wonderful touch and the shoes are perfect for the shot. Congratulations on your great finish!

LOL! Thanks, Ken. Close enough to smell the ribbons, but ... I don't mind fourth place, tho'. :D

Very Nice. I think it would have been better cropped just below the nose. Not that it's a bad nose or anything but it drew my eye's up instead of to the mouth wich I think would be the focal point. Just below the nose but still having the shadow would be nice. You first see the shoes and then follow up this way. 9

Great shot. Love the composition and the focus. The set-up is great. My only nit-pick is that it seems a tad on the yellow side. Overall, a very nice fashion type shot. 8

Very very nice! Top 10! Nice use of light. I think could have been just a hair better if the cleavage were slightly shifted to the right. Now that's nitpicky! Great shot. 9+

very creative....made me laugh.....this is the photograph to make me reevaluate the others I've judged thus far. 10 hands down and a fav! This photo is so good I'm sure everything is how you intended so I won't offer a critique. The only thing I might change is the camera position relative to the model's breast to make her cleavage a bit more prominent ... Kudos!

This is a great shot, but the off-center aspect is throwing the whole appeal off. Maybe a black plate instead of a white one?

Maybe it's the scotch, maybe it's that I just don't understand women and their shoes, but I'm a little confused. A nice shot though.

fun shoes and a fun shot - well done - toning down the red in the models skin tones might have made this shot a tad better

OMG! This is GREAT! Now this is edgy and something you would see in the pages of Vogue or Elle. The concept is fabulous but the lighting is a tad off...shadows and uneven, but good gosh, the colors, shoes, chopsticks...awesome!

And the creative winner award goes to...? ;^) Very clever shot. Fun concept and implemented quite well. Lighting is a little hot on the right shoe (left for the viewer). Biggest complaint I have is the towel (?) that was used for a tablecloth. Good luck in the challenge.

This would make a very interesting ad in a magazine for spaghetti-strapped shoes. It shows creativity, and draws the attention to the design. The title in this shows you were being humorous, but all in all and in high fashion this would actually make for a well done serious ad. I like this a lot. Good work.

This is absolutely AWESOME! I could easily see this as an ad on a billboard or in a fashion mag. This is the FIRST image that came up in my voting and I am already declaring this a winner! If I am wrong and this doesn't ribbon, I will start one of those "Voters don't know what their talking about" threads. ;-) Good luck to you.
