Kimberly - I didnt get a chance to comment on this one when I voted on it, but I gave you a 9 great shot. I also think this is the first time that I ever seen a photo that didnt get any 1 or 2 votes.
Its nice to see a Fuji 1400 in the right hands can compete against the big guns D30, 707 etc.. |

| hey congratulations! I'm glad that my see-thru kiwi fruit slice and using the laptop screen for backlighting suggestons worked out so well for you : ) .. I am in agreement still, as I told you before, with those that are a little freaked out by the radicchio and how it doesnt really 'go' with the fruit : ) |

| nice idea! very sharp and clear. good colors. i like this photo very much. the reddish salad maybe is a litte too dark on the photo. a lemon or so would have been better. that would add to the "freshness" of this shot. |

| This took much time and effort to get the fruit just right on thickness to allow the light to pass through on an even basis across the frame. Effort on this is a 10 and the technical aspect also rate that. Well done. |

| Great use of materials. Great shot. The only critique I might have is that it feels a little bottom heavy to me - maybe crop away a little bit more of the red item at the bottom...or add a tiny bit on the upper left...? |
