By far not the best Husky photo from my Finland trip, but it shows a road. The best one I would have to fit into the challenge with the title.

This is shot on our way back to their home, the Poropuisto Reindeerpark. It is situated near Salla, some 20 to 30 miles above the Arctic Circle and 20km from the Russian border. Today it wasn't so cold, between -6 and -10 degrees Celcius. No cars here, just snowscooters, dogs and reindeer.

These are my dogs, well I do not own them but they pulled my sleigh for two hours. Sasu on the left and Riki on the right in front, Nilla in the middle and Wilma and Ile at the back. One of the most fun things to do, hope to do some longer runs one day.

Surely I'll get some comments about brightness and it is on the edge of acceptable in the snowy bits. But the Canon A60 that I used for the 'on the road' shots (Nikon D70 with 50mm f/1.4 in my backpack) isn't that good in getting the exposure right in these conditions and has very little dynamic range to play with. :( And I already had is set to +1.33EV, the origal is still underexposed and has the wrong WB.
Time for an upgrade.

Creative! I like the unique idea behind this one. Love how everyone is just taking a break, and you can see the road going on ahead of them. Well done!

MUSH!!! I like the red against the white of the snow. Nice movement of the dogs too. Great leading line. Bumping up.
