No need to yell. My point was only that from a photographic point of view I felt as if the shot needed a focal spot (the jeep). I admitted that a person would have worked as well. I feel as if the photograph would have been empty without something there. I understand that you are against advertisement. I enjoyed my time in the jeep and had no problem portraying that. I don't personally sell jeeps but I don't have a problem with anyone that does. Sorry to upset you.

This person has, obviously, never been to Sedona. Once you get up into the rocks, you see tour Jeeps everywhere. They're as common as cacti are in the valley. I'm just glad the one in your photo wasn't one of the pink ones! :)) :)) ;)

I think the Jeep is a PERFECT addition to this shot. It only looks like an "ad" to those who see it that way for lack of experience.

You know, this photo would make DaimlerChrysler proud. Would make an awesome magazine ad for the Jeep. Very well done.

The color in this picture is just amazing. I will say that you may be contact by Jeep soon, because I too feel that it seems like an advertisment - however it is a good advertisment. This is almost like the images you see in the vehicle brochures.

Very well done.

BTW: The little plant off to the right kinda takes my eyes from the rocks on the left.

Do you honestly think it would be a better photo without the jeep in it? I highly disagree. Perhaps if there was something else at that focal spot to take its place like a person but the Jeep really fits this scene and it has a personality in a way because of the facelike grill and that the vehicle was very much a part of the offroad adventure. In a way I felt as if people would connect more with the Jeep than they would with a person. (although I do have a few person shots from this area that I mean to upload soon)

red ribbon for the red rock - appropriate.
Seems my criticism left just before challenges' end was pretty much irrelevant!
Congratulations for your excellent placement for this gorgeous image, even if the Jeep looks white :)

great deep rich tones. love the radial effect of the sky, there's kind of a sonority (so to speak) with the jeep & its tires there. but the subject of the photograph is not colorful...

Like this a lot but it looks just a tad over-saturated.

Super shot! Maybe just a hair over saturated, but it looks like it could certainly pass as a Jeep commercial.

Nice composition. Wonderfully sharp, crisp and focused. This image is very colorful, but is almost too sturated. Still, scores well with me.

I love the sky.... and the placement of the jeep is excellent, but the ground itself is just too saturated for my tastes.

I think the over saturation here is wonderful. I love the deep blue with the deep red. I hope you sell this to a tour guide company in Sedona (or whereever this one was taken!). Good Job! 9

This is a really great shot with excellent colors. I think this photo would be better if it were a little brighter (maybe up to a full stop of additional exposure), but I like the colors and composition a lot. Very nicely done.

What a beautiful shot. I love red rock canyons. For the challenge though, I am a little unsure. I am looking for one particular subject to pop out with color. Whereas this has a beautiful color saturation through the entire pic.

Very dramatic composition - the burst of the clouds, the red rock creating a line along the thirds line. The saturation is a bit too much for me - but the challenge does call for it after all. Very nice.

I like the sky, but the rocks feel overdone. Part of what makes the work of Joey, heida and the other Photoshop masters around here so impressive is that they know when to stop. The tree that snuck into the right side of the image is a bit distracting. Cloning or cropping it out would have improved the composition.
