Yum. looks delicious. I would like to see a tighter crop on this. The light is good.

Oh baby, yum yum. Wish I wasn't on a diet! Lighting is nice, the glass cake plate and soft white fabric help draw the eye to this lovely dish.

another shot that could be in a magazine - very pretty and nice lighting - good job :)

Lovely product photo, but isn't the centre of attention slightly off? The abundance of circles draws my eye to the centre of the photo, but that's not where maximum interest is

Nice shot - like the crystal plate against white too

It seems slightly tilted to the right; a perfectly level shot might have been just a bit more appealing. Nevertheless, nice capture.

Very yummy looking! Like the focus, the clear footed platter adds to the picture well, the red cherries really show well on the white icing and looks great surrounded by the chocolate chips. I think it would have worked even better from just a slightly higher angle to really show off the heart shape of the cherries, of course that is only my opinion. Good luck

Very good... Thank you for bringing one of the best pictures into this challenge and actually not just snapshotting... Its great

Very attractive, the heart design is perhaps too difficult to see clearly, a slightly higher elevation might have been stronger

Color, lighting, depth of field are all fine. General technical quality is good and background is OK. One suggestion would be to turn the torte such that the point of the heart is pointed directly at the viewer and edgepoints of the holder are level much the way a horizon would be made level.

Nice picture, but more DOF would have helped

This looks great but at this angle it is hard to see that there is a heart in the middle. Also wondering if a darker background would have looked better.

Lovely clean shot with great lighting on the product and lovely detail. The presentation is a bit flat - the central composition doesn't really strengthen the impact for me at all. I wonder if a really right crop taking out much of the cake stand would be stronger?

Nice presentation. Background is a little bland, would like to see some elements added for interest. Maybe some broken pieces of chocolate, a knife, etc.

Your lighting is superb. Nice detail and DOF. Wishing for more height to see the top, and the heart to be twisted into a more centered position.

I don't think a white background was your best choice. The plate disappears at the back and it looks as if the torte is suspended in space.
