 This was one of the very first images I converted with RawShooter Premium. I was, in part, blown away with RSP's capabilities. But also, this just really was a fantastic scene to begin with.

Post processing includes:
- Conversion from RAW using RawShooter Premium
- a copy of the image in overlay mode at 75% to increase saturation
- a partial application of nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 "brilliance/warmth" filter
- a small amount of dodge and burn to give a little bit more of a 3-D effect
- resize for web and sharpen
- small amount of local contrast USM (6% at 58pixels)
- add minimal border for web image

I don't remember the exact location of the shot. I was heading south from Salt Lake City down to St. George, Utah. I'm pretty positive this image was taken before Cedar City but can't remember how much further north it was than that.

I still love this landscape so very much, and have now added it to my favorites.....I think it should have rated much higher, but we realy did have quite a number of exceptional images, entered in the "Best of 2005".....

MAGIC, MAGIC, "SUPER-DOOPER" IMAGE..... I am so excited about this challenge.
I just love the vibrant colors of this landscape - "AUTUMN DREAM". They just jump out at you, as they literally "POP"..... I will definately be adding this to MY FAVORITES as soon as this challenge is over. It looks like an oil painting. THANK YOU for making my day.....

Cool colors, like how the yellows and blues interact. Good contrast there. Seems to be titled to the left, but that may just be me.

The colors may be a bit overdone... I hade to give a 10 though, because I just keep coming back and looking at it.
