 Adjusted the white balance a bit, and boosted the shadows and contrast a tad in the RAW converter. Healing brush to get rid of sensor dust visible in the sky. Crop. Selected the boats, levels to make them darker. A little dodging on the sky to bring out some of the highlights. Rotate slightly and crop again to fix crooked horizon. Added the border (the first time I've done that for a DPC shot; I tend to dislike them)...thought it popped a little more against the black.

Very nice landscape. I think your decision to frame vertically works well here to create more depth and layers in the shot.
