I had fun shooting this. These are actually three different water droplets...I just made them look like a sequence.

Yes, it is dark. I know...but that's the way I wanted it...to give it a moody effect. Also the title is from a song by Alexisonfire...great band.

PP: All the jazz with making a triptych..plus contrast, saturation, USM, and neatimage.

I dig this shot. It is *highly* underrated. I think it nails the idea of the challenge far better than the single photos split in 3 with no other reason than to make a triptych. It really captures the essence of the droplet. I like this shot as dark as it is, no complaints about that. I like the blue coloring too.

I think if you have thick lines in the middle the frame should be just as thick

Nice temporal progression. The splash in the middle looks out of place as the lighting looks different.

I'm not normally a fan of water shots to be honest but I really enjoyed this. It's a wicked triptych. Nicely done.

Others entered similar shots, but I like the way yours shows the progression of the drop. A thicker outer border to match the inner one would have been nice, IMO. Good Luck.
