Just noticed this pic on browsing profiles, great hair do, even better with the rollers out, love the blue eyes too.

just try to erase those tones of blue in the thing you put in your hair.

I keep coming back to this shot, love the freckles and the look on your face. The blue eyes are perfect, along with your use of negative space.

Great concept, wonderfully executed!!! Congrats! I especially like the selective desaturation.

Blue eyes on a high-key image. There are many misteries here, Why did she let anyone photograph her wearing tubes? Is she really nude?'
There is power in those eyes.

I like the desaturation technique, but the blue in the curler on the left makes it not work here. Cute concept. :)

At first I wasn't sure if I liked the large ammount of pure white background, but after coming back to your portrait I have decided that it is indeed a nice use of negative space. I also like the blue in your eyes because it is subtle and not so bright that it looks bad in contrast with the sepia (i think?) tones of the rest. 9

Hehe, great shot... I happen to like the openness on the right. One of my favorites this week.. good luck, 10.

This a classic. The large hair curlers go well with the large space you've left to your right

hahahahaa...this is to funny! I love it. I hope you at least get the top 3. I would rather see this then a nude. Great shot and lighting..perfect!

Like the composition, not so sure about the choice of contrast/ exposure. Expression a little startled, not that that's a bad thing. :D

great idea. simple execution. if you're going to leave your eyes blue...really do it. I didn't notice the first time. mess with the hues a little in photoshop so they really stand out (as I suspect they do in real life. I'd like to see what yo originally thought you were going to submit before you found this one. :)

Great humor. Good execution in the lighting. The off center pose works very well. I personally don't care for the desaturation technique that leaves the eyes blue.

Fun shot! And gutsy. Don't think I'd have the nerve to submit one of myself in curlers. LOL

I am not sure why you cropped it the way you did. I am guessing, it was to make the composition more interesting. I would turn your head and look to the right a little instead of into the camera. That way, the viewer will follow the direction of your eyes and your cropping will be justified. What do you think?

Fun shot! You're pretty even in curlers! Nice compositon, and think the high key lighting and soft focus go well together.

The white background combined with your neutral facial expression makes this feel like a rather sterile photograph to me. Still, the rollers are great, and I like the white space... I'm just not sure what it's saying. And even though the name indicates you're getting ready, the 'location' of the picture indicates more of a prepared shot. Perhaps if there was a mirror or something? some other prop. still, I like it :)

Awesome! I like your humorous touch. I tryed it too but people just seem to take themselves too seriously instead of focusing on the personality of the pic or the person within it. Anyway ... I like what you've done and the title is perfect too. There's not many photos where partial desaturation works but here it certainly adds to the overall feel. Great job!

Interesting self-portrait. Nice duotone and I like how you kept color in the eyes. That is a nice touch. Nice use of the ROT and good technical quality. This also revels that you don't take yourself too seriously

Not only are you gorgeous, but your portrait is stunning... I love the hair...very creative. The eyes are gripping. Negative space is effective, and creates a simple clean image of who you are. My pic of the competition. 10.
