| the horizon is a bit off, and the whole photo seems a bit grey. I think some adjustments can make this photo better! |

| I agree that a new day is cause for celebration. For me though, the overcast sky and "gray mood" of the photo makes me want to crawl back into bed and pull the covers up. I do like the composition, just wish it had been a brighter day. |

my boyfriend would argue that the boats would be cause to celebrate...

like how that foremost boat is at the diagnal in this pic. pleasing composition. i wonder how this would look as a b&w? |

| This image would be more powerful had it been BW. I think the colors ditract from the austerity of the setting. Mother Nature can be vicious at times. |
