I wish I was a member when this one was in a contest. I like it. Don't let these snobs get to you. All their photos look alike. Yours is unique!

A very interesting composition.
Of course, I don't understand the connection with the challenge...but...
This one got an horrible low score, way lower than what it probably deserved, and is one of the worst DPC scores ever.
Now, have a look at the only other challenge entered by the photographer...
It seems to me that something got horribly wrong regarding the score of this photo.

Liquid is where?

where is the liquid' is it the light? if so, its not as much liquidy as its powdery.

Can't see any liquid connection. As a building interior, it's maybe average, lighting isn't very good and it's not real sharp. 1

I don't see any liquid. Air is a gas, and light (photons) is a stream of elemental particles. Those walls look pretty solid to me.

It is an interesting perspective shot of a building. I see, however, no liquid.

Very nice lighting and use of angles for composition. I'm wondering where the liquid is,though....
06/08/2003 11:43:10 PM
liquid .... light, right? Or GLASS is liquid and we're showing it...
06/08/2003 01:31:07 AM
Very interesting perspective, but I fail to see the application with this week's challenge...

The liquid is.....where?
06/07/2003 11:37:04 PM
I like this shot - its an interesting angle to view a building interior, but I don't understand the connection to liquid.
06/07/2003 09:09:25 PM
oops, wrong challeng??
06/07/2003 04:16:47 PM
I am struggling to find the liquid......
06/07/2003 10:13:49 AM
I am trying to understand the "liquid" in this. Perhaps the sunlight?
Neat perspective, and capture of the light in contrast to the angles.
06/07/2003 10:07:46 AM
Where is the liquid? I am confused. 2

any relate to liquid???
06/07/2003 01:10:12 AM
Really cool concept, though I'm not sure if I buy it as liquid. I wonder what it would have looked like with one edge (Somewhere) straight to an edge of teh photo, or at a 45 degree angle...as it is, they don't seem to quite square off with or strike against the edges, and I wonder if it might have heightened the drama.

I'm curious to know your creative thoughts behind this photo. How did you feel this fit the "Liquid" challenge. Nice shot though.
06/06/2003 04:41:12 PM
I don't see "liquid" here. Nice lighting and perspective, though.
06/06/2003 10:56:13 AM
nice - and I've never marked down for being off challange before but why do you think this fits?
06/05/2003 06:01:04 PM
Interesting shot, but where is the liquid?
06/05/2003 03:45:23 PM
How does this relate to "liquid".? Sorry, maybe I'm missing something?
06/05/2003 02:23:32 PM
Please explain the connection with liquid
06/05/2003 10:31:15 AM
i'm sorry, but i don't see any liquid in this picture, am i missing something?
06/05/2003 10:12:28 AM
interesting angle...kind of dark... not sure how this is liquid.
06/04/2003 05:54:02 PM
Where is the liquid? I'm confused... If you send me a PM to explain, I can increase your score.
06/04/2003 04:28:12 PM
Uh....I don't get it.
06/04/2003 02:39:39 PM
Um, is the building made of a giant block of ice...? I just don't see the connection to the challenge, I'm afraid.
06/04/2003 09:15:52 AM
where is there liquid?
06/04/2003 08:31:40 AM
I don't really see a 'liquid' connection here.
06/04/2003 08:23:07 AM
What were you thinking?
06/04/2003 07:46:54 AM

06/04/2003 05:15:17 AM

06/04/2003 04:50:39 AM
