Hi Judith. I have been checking your profile to see if you had entered anything recently. I was surprised tonight when I checked it again and you had entered. Congratulations on a beautiful shot and nice finish. I finally have my life back in order (somewhat) and have started trying to enter some challenges again. I have really missed it. Look forward to seeing more beautiful work from you.

This has the character of an oil painting like those accomplished with layers of glazing. Very nice. 8

Beautiful light - so incredibly clear and tangible. This is a wonderful example of how a good photo can make a common scene look uncommonly good. This is the first shot I've looked at in the challenge, and I believe it could be the best. There are too few natural, lidgtly processed shots on this site and your decision to shoot this subject says much for your creative eye and belief in the beauty before you.

Bumping up after second look. I like the eeriness of the fog and good greens - not overblown.

I really like this picture. It doesn't really look like rules of thirds to me though. I would have given a high score in the perspective challenge.

oooh this is great -- that fog just pulls you into that third of the photo!

I like the misty sense of it all. The lush grens are pretty. I'd straighten it so that the horizon is parallel with the line of the photo bottom. I wish there were something to really give it some oomph (Ie: a deer, maybe a bird, some colorful flowers). It is peaceful and serene but doesn't have a ton of POW to it.

This is a really nice, peaceful image. Good colors and sharpness. I feel like it is missing a focal point- something that draws your attention. Maybe a person walking away from the camera in the distance... Good job though.

I like how the fog is gentle but not overwhelming in this photo. I would love to walk down this road.
