 Used circular polarizing filter.
Adjusted white balance.
Cropped.
Adjusted brightness & saturation curves.
Several stages of unsharp mask.
Resize.
One more unsharp mask.

Stopped by the sanhills on my way west. Submitting from a roadside rest area with internet access. We'll see how it does...

I like this shot, normally I would say the horizon needs to be straight but this works. Actually I think it would be cool if you added a few more degrees of tilt to it.........8

could use some more contrast and saturation
heres my 2 second edit, just adjusted the curves a little bit and increased the saturation about 15 points

I love the textures. I think this is a good shot and appropriately named. I don't know if a better vantage point would have been possible to eliminate the trees on the horizon - I find them a bit distracting.
