Well I don't go to concerts or get out much so I thought I would have nothing for this challenge. Then the annual "Sea Scare" parade came and as soon as I saw these guys, I knew I had an entry! I'm pretty happy with it, so if you vote it low, you are probably just narrow minded. ;-)

Looks like he spent too much time on his knees.

I see he has a knife in his stocking in case anybody tries to look up his kilt.

nice DOF. I like the softness of the processing. Not so sure about the guy's right knee, though :P if you had cropped to just his torso, maybe slightly above the bottom of his jacket, I think I'd like this photo better.

The one in the background is a bit distracting. It looks like she is getting hit in the face!

the knee makes the shot...also love bagpipes so I'm biased.

Man, can you believe his last name is actually McBagpipe? Seriously though, this my favorite of the "parade" genre. The focus isolates the subject, but the background is still discernible enough for context. 7.

Interesting shot, triangular white shape behind foreground bagpipist leads the eye to this performer. Totally ruined by beater of the background drummer obsuring her eye/face. Not a fan of the blur which looks like it's been added in PP.
