Challenge: Long Exposure (Advanced Editing IV)
Camera: Canon EOS-300D Rebel
Location: san francisco
Date: Jul 30, 2005
Aperture: 32
ISO: 100
Shutter: 20 seconds
Galleries: Abstract, Still Life
Date Uploaded: Jul 30, 2005

Crop, Contrast, USM. Cleaned up spots. Also cleaned up the black background.

This was a 20 second exposure where I gave the pepper 10 seconds on one setting, slipped a black paper in front of the lens, set the zoom lens farther away and withdrew the paper for another (approximate) 10 seconds. I used a flashlight intermittently for lighting.

From a distance, this looks like a fist. I like the pepper in a pepper theme. Good contrast between the yellow and black.

Nicely done. Does a double exposure fit for a challenge that was for long exposure??? Good composition ad great colors. Great food shot for art or calender. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <7>

Perfect! I predict a ribbon without even looking at all challenge entries. I'd be curious to know if this was done by changing the zoom, or by moving the camera.
