I don't know what to make of this one! One moment I'm really keen on it...the next I'm not! Maybe is she was a little larger in the frame with a bit less negative space? But well done! 7

Really effective use of a longer exposure, and equally impressive use of the brain. Shows that there can be a lot more to long exposure than whirling sparklers or snaking car tail lights. Congratulations on producing this thoughtful, restrained, sympathetic study of your subject(s). 9

My favorite in this challenge. I just don't know what it is but I love it. The simplicity of the shot mixed with the force of an ocean wav and the bright red just does something for me. In short this shot "ROCKS"

8. As a compliment, I was at first thinking that this was a Heida shot, but it doesn't seem as dark or over-post-processed as her pictures are (no offense to her). I love the effet you've achieved with the surf. I'm not sure about her belly showing, it seems a little off, but may be because of the small picture size. Colors are fantastic.

That's a cool shot. The red outfit draws you in and is a wonderful contrast to all the negative space. Good work.

What strikes me here is the choice of format. I am generally not fond of the horizonal 4x5 format but this is a welcome exception, I think the format fits perfectlyt. I like the colours and the double sense of movement by the sea and the wind. Good luck in the challenge. -10
