Perfect lighting. The detail is just terrific. 10 in my book. I'm doing last minute reviews and stick to my original thinking. His whiskers and the black of his coloring is just awesome. You did great.

Nice detail and it looks great with the dark background. The lighting is superb, what a wonderful portrait! It's as if she's staring straight at me. Fabulous catch, this should be a top finisher. [10]

Wow, this is excellent. You've captured a real animal look in his eyes. Excellent crop, excellent light, excellent everything. This is a picture that speaks. 10. I also wish you a ribbon :)

I wish his/her right eye was a bit lighter, but otherwise the shot is great. I like the composition with the ears pointing into the top right and left corners. Good focus and detail too.

Since I am lacking in technical skills, I cannot give helpful comments. I am strictly a photo buff who is trying to improve, but as to telling you what is wrong or right, I am in no position to say. I am simply voting based on whether I like the picture or not. Sorry, maybe someday I will be able to give helpful advice
