| This is not the first time this idea has been done, but it is the best execution of it I've seen. The composition, the lighting and the two poses of the subject are all perfect & make a very impressive photograph. "Fantasy World" is perhaps not the perfect fit as a theme for this image (by that I mean there are themes like Death or Darkness that would be even better), but for an entry this good I think you were justified in going for it anyway. 9 |

Good idea! Very well executed and definitely dreamlike 'n surreal enough to be something out of a fantasy world. My only criticisms would be the crop/composition, feels like there's something wrong but I'm not sure what. Also, the hotspot on the face detracts very slightly, but it isn't obvious at first so it's extremely minor.
Congrats on your original and creative entry to this challenge, I know how difficult these can be to execute.

| Creative way to meet the challenge. Like your idea very much. Not so sure about the execution, though. I Like the line of the body, and the light and shadows on it. | Good ghostly image here. I wish that the ghosty image had the same 'ghostiness' from the head to the arm. On second contemplation, maybe you were trying to show the light causing the true ethereal nature of the ghost to be revealed while the arm in darkness continues the 'reality' of the dream. |
