Fish throwers at Seattles Pike Place Market. The guy missed the bag that was thrown to him. This was a tough shot, shooting over the crowd. There is also a problem with light, not enough for a decent shutter speed and mixed between natural sun in the foreground and incandescent in illuminating the subjects. I chose 1/80 shutter to try and get some sense of action and used ISO 200 to keep down the grain. Overall a fun photo.

Flying fish in the corner pocket!

I Like the action and the expression on the faces. Is that the fish between his hands? Would have been great if you could have frozen it in the air. Good shot none the less. 8.

Great shot! Excellent composition and cropping. You've got enough of the surrounding area to definitly place the setting but still focus on the subjects.

This is my 3rd look at this photograph. A lot going on here, but it works. I like the feeling of motion.

I saw a documentary about this place one time -- these guys are hilarious. Cropping the bottom of the picture to eliminate the signs might have made it less "cluttered." At first I didn't like the motion blur, but the more I look at it, the more I think it needs to be there to convey what was probably happening.

Flying fish. It's been awhile since I have seen that. How is the brass pig?

Real live people! This picture has so much life and motion! I especially like the redhead's expression, watching for the fish even though he's not the one to catch it....
Very cool!

They don't miss very often. His hands in motion really work, but too bad the rest of him didn't hold still. Nearly perfect. Photo 9 Creativity 9 People 9 total 9

The inclusion of the fish in the photograph couild've helped some. Nicely caught expressions.

good expressions. Looks like lots of action but I can't actually see the subject of the shot :) What is he going to miss ? We can't see the fish...

I really like the expression you caught with the guy on the right. Very well done photo. It really captures the moment and feel of these two.

Good shot. Really gives the feel of the place. I haven't been there in 3 years and these were there vack then. My only comment is I wish you could have gotten the fish clearer.
