Okay, first and foremost I don't really get into cats or cat photos but this one kicks ass! Great job, love the perspective!

I love the perspective of this shot, I have a kitty who always does this when I go outside, makes me want to try to get something similar of him. Cute kitty.

Quite the pretty cat and a very interesting perspective - you were robbed in the challenge!

Hahah. Yes, my toes were not very popular. When I saw your comment, I giggled a bit to myself over the effects that anonymity during voting can have. But I like this picture, even if it finished in the 10th percentile!!!!!

The kitty is well loved on a frequent basis, so don't worry about that :) Thanks for commenting!

Unique perspective. I like a lot the details (cracking ground, dried roots/grass). But I do think the image would benefit from a bit more sharpness on the cat itself.

This certainly is the strangest image in the challenge. You get bravery points just for including some not-especially-beautiful feet in a beauty challenge :-) I'm torn on this one, because the image is very appealing to me in an offbeat way, but it hardly seems to address the challenge. On the other hand, who am I to judge what's beautiful? The picture brings me back, and back again, so I'm gonna bump it up, and wish you the best :-)

This from the man that entered a raindrop as a self-portrait, remember...

Your title made me pull out the dictionary and I learned a new word! Great title and great shot too. Captures the cat and is made much more interesting by adding your feet. Overall a good job (7)

Good crisp clear image!! I have to say I find the feet a bit distracting...but what a cute cat!! Lighting looks good on this shot and the colors look good too.

I think all photographers should learn to do the splits so as to avoid this sort of issue in their photos, I do say though your cat has a very elegant expression and despite background issues he/she (im no vet) is very beautiful

Ah yes, this is a beautiful cat and so trusting and friendly as it lays there, in a vulnerable position. This is just one of the cutest compliment they can pay you.

You may well get this comment from others too, but if you had cropped to the cat, this would be a fun photograph. Regretably, your toes are not (quite as) beautiful.

This is another great example of "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder", cus even though you and/or someone else finds this image beautiful, I'm really having a hard time finding the beauty in looking at someone's feet and the belly of a pussycat. <5>
