 I know this tree is getting a little repetative, I do not like taking pics of the same thing twice, but this shot looked nice so I had to enter it.

This is awesome ... another of my favorites! The lighting and shadows are wonderful. I hope to someday capture such a scene as this! :o)

Spectacular! My only comment is I the silhouette of the tree seems to disappear into the tree. I feel a bit of dodging on the clouds would improve the contrast of the silhouette and some of the other colors in the clouds. One of my favorites!

Nice use of colouring. On my monitor the left side of the tree almost gets lost in the burgundy cloud, which distracts. Good job.

Really evocative rays of light. Nice silhouette. Horizon tilt is too evident for a perfect 10 score, and I find myself wishing for a bit more symmetry in terms of details on the tree itself (I feel there's a bit of imbalance there, with the right side of the frame more lit compared to the left of the tree). As such this is an 8 for me.

Love the title! Fits very well with the subject! The silhouette of the tree is wonderful as the colors...maybe I'd like to see a bit more space at the bottom....

I like the rays at the bottom and the nice silhouette of the tree. The tree gets a little lost at its top and left side in the dark of the sky....I am not a dodging burning expert at al...trust me...but I think a bit of judicous dodging about the tree in the aforementioned areas might have helped the tree to stand out more. Nice work none-the less.

totally cool image. Glad you went landscape and not portrait with the layout. Wish there had been a little more light at the top left of the tree but I know you didn't have control over that. Great capture and good luck.

This shot seems a little too dark and ominous to fit the definition of classic beauty.....which is probably why I like it so much. :-)
It is so different from the other entries that it immediately caught my eye.
