 Went for simplicity. SB-800 flash activated in commander mode to backlight the sugar as it fell from the spoon. Black background...the flash allowed a little bounce from the white ceiling to illuminate the spoon and the edge of the bowl.

RAW, converted in Rawshooter Essentials. Levels, strong unsharp mask, boosted contrast, added border, resized and saved for DPC
