Um A. T looks really beautiful here. very good picture and a very well deserved blue. I think u do not have internet, U usually comment on my entries, and I have not heard from you for a while.

| hope you won't mind to get a negative comment... I think your picture is great for the colors, composition and "frozen" moment, but I don't like the model's position. Her eyes and hands are somewhat unnatural, they give me the sensation that she has never done this kind of job before... she has't a "working" attitude, it feels she is only posing, and this detracts a lot of appeal to the picture, IMHO |

| I have been holding my breath all week, and turned "Blue" :) I'm so thrilled with the response and to win a ribbon, it's great! Thank you all for some wonderful comments. My daughter was my model and she was getting tired after the 3rd session and absolutely refused to do the 4th after I realized that my best shot cut the top of her head off. Even the grains were thrown all over the place, we managed to save some and cook a delicious meal with well cleaned wheat. |

| That's odd, I don't see anything fishy... Anyways, I like this shot for the simple background with interesting subject matter. It's really well framed and caught at the perfect moment. All the colour tones involved complement eachother. I'm not sure the girl was great for the shot; she seems so modern despite her ethnic dress. |

Beautiful, from the background to the colors of the dress to the model herself. The expression is nice, and the motion of the wheat draws the eye. The lighting is flawless. The image evokes a sense of wonder at an archaic technique, even if the metallic winnowing basket makes me think the shot was staged.
