Excellent composition and focus. I'm not sure I would have lit the subject from the side, as one whole petal is almost entirely in shadow. Overall, this is a very compelling shot that I hope does very well.

Nice clear close image. Beautiful capture. I like the placement of the subject, lighting looks superb. The dew drops really make the shot :-)

beautiful composition and use of negative space. I would love to see the light picked up in some of the water drops and shining back to us some of the subtle beauty of this blossom

very nice image. composition, lighting and focus are all lovely, and the nicely clear-from-distraction background successfully pushes the main subject out. one of my high scorers for the entire challenge.

Very nice positioning and lighting. The black background is excellent as well. The only thing I would say would be to have a slightly greater DOF so that the petal in front is still in focus.

This is probably the best flower entered into this challnege. The only problem
is, there are WAY too many of them. I always have a problem with unoriginal ideas. Great Shot though. - 7 I have to give all the other flowers 5's. Nice Job. The lighting is perfect and I love the beads of water. Good Work.

Perfect title for a beautiful shot.

Flawless, basically, except for the tiny angular shadow on the leading edge of the upright petal. Well-done, certainly. But there's a sort of arbitrary sterility to the framing of this composition that isn't helping you IMO. Still, a strong entry.

Very pretty flower. I'd have liked to see the difference b/w light and dark be a little less harsh, but otherwise very nice.
