This Pacific Beach bum was playing guitar (not really, more like imitating) and was singinig something indiscernable. He looked a bit like Ray Charles, but with bright reflecting glasses (I doubt if Ray ever wore such glasses).

In post-processing, desaturated everything but the glasses, adjusted levels, curves, a little dodging and burning, sharpening, crop, saved for web

How did I miss this? This is outstanding. The coloration of the reflective lenses just set it off. Nice lighting.

I really like the use of selective desaturation on this, one of the very few that it really works for. I also like the range of tones in the face.

great image, and very effective use of selective desat. however since the title is reflecting, and the subject is clearlylooking _out_, it might have been more effective with more negative space to the top and right.

Very cool shot. I love the composition and the selective desat (if you even used it) is great. Wonderful focus & dof. [10]

excellent photo in every way. Reflection of people on the reflective glass of a person already a center of attention due to DOF. Gave it a 10.

What a fantastic entry! I love the composition. Top notch. Selective desat also excellent. Post processing was a bit harsh and I would prefer if you had not sharpened this image quite as aggressively. A solid 8.
