 Camera on Tripod,hand held halogen light, moved around to best position highlights on tacks, and background light, over 200 shots, and still could be better focused.
Some levels, contrast,desaturated a bit, lots of unsharp mask(240)1.5 5 .
Re size.
Hope its different.

The relections are cool, but there's nothing in the image that really screams for my attention... The centered tack almost does, but I think the photo would've benefited from 1 tack being silver or a just different color.

Somehow you almost eliminated the double reflection. Did you use a polarizing filter to pull that off?
