Hello from the Critique Club!
This, as you already know from its finish in the challenge, is a wonderful shot! I liked this one when I saw it in the voting.
The focus is crisp and clear, the DOF is interesting and easily directs the eye to a focal point.
I love the silky texture of the metal. Texture is often so difficult to capture, but you've done it here.
I think it's harder to critique the good shots :). This one is wonderful and the ribbon well-deserved.

| Beautiful liquid-lilke feel to the lighting contrasting against the sharpness of the 2KG stamp. Well done - not overexposed, not underexposed - not oversharpened, not too blurry. I guess I'm trying to say all pieces are well done with this one. |
