This is a great shot, what's wrong with people, this deserves a lot more..hmm maybe the paws out of the frame was a factor :(

Oh I like how the background is the same color as the cat. Almost as if he just came out of the black into the white. Nice idea!! I like the softer focus as well.

Very cool! I like the fact that the cat doesn't blend in with the suggestive background, perhaps the fur passed the shoulder to the right should have been rendered darker... But just a minor detail. Nice!

This is such a sweet photograph and I love the black and white here. Of course there's one "but". It should would have been wonderful if you could have included kitty's toes.

Separation?? GREAT shot though. Love the cat, composition, placement, and humor. This would have been a riot to submit to the next black and white competition! :))
