Play structure outside Isaac's Kindergarten. I climbed up on the platform and reached over the "tower" to shoot it.
Had to straighten it about 1.6 degrees; cropped it to make it small enough without excessive compression (JPEG already at 5/10 setting); applied a mild Unsharp Mask. It is otherwise unadjusted. Had to apply black border to reduce file size from 153k to 146k.

this is a pretty awsome picture. It took me a couple of glances to realize what it was a picture of and it looks pretty neat.

Greetings from the Critique Club :)

Hi General....

This is a nice abstract and it doesn't have any problems meeting the challenge at all. This image works very well with a centered composition but I think there are a lot of opportunities here for a skewed point of view that would create some very strong impact as well. As an abstract, this image is nice, but I think adding some object of interest, such as Isaac, into the center of this metalwork would create a higher interest focal point in the image.

The RED spiral works very well here.. I have an affinity towards red in a photograph because it usually grabs my attention rather quickly.

Keep up the good work :)

Playground shots seem to never do well here -- but I hope this is an exception! This is an interesting vantage point, and a very well done shot.

You've captured this very well, I like how you got the circles exactly in the middle of the ones above them. The color of the ground makes a very fitting background to the red colors.

You clearly kept in mind the theme of this contest "from above." The bright red of the structure contrasts nicely against the tanbark.
