Yes it is! This is the Caserta Reggia or Caserta Royal Palace. It is an magnificent building. It is incredibibly ornate and just majestic. It is said that it was built to rival the Palace of Versailles in France. I've had the pleasure of visiting both and I gotta say they competition is fierce!

I like the shot very much. I like the warmth of the light and the warmth of the color in the walls. The building is a gem. And the photo is perfectly exposed. The strong perspective produced by a short focal length is fine with me.

Centering did not bother me when I first looked at the shot, and after looking at the shot carefully I have to ask whether the windows on the left and right sides of the building are perfect mirror images of each other, for the placement of the camera by every other measure I can find appears to be in the center of the space.

The "circle" was actually egg shaped, it was an oval.

Good use of wide-angle - obviously impressive structure too. Whites are a bit hot and image is slightly skewed. Very nice though, with plenty to look at.

Very gorgeous shot, I love it. They don't build them like they used to. Only think I would have improved is corrected the prespective of the shot, when ever you shoot anything with the upwards perspective the shot needs to be corrected. The top of the shot should be pulled outwards on both sides to straighten it out a bit. It would also correct that ceiling/roof circle, just because it has a bit of the egg shape right now... but still love it.

could use some correction, but a very nice shot nonetheless.

Admirable job in getting the exposure on this shot given the strong lighting through the window. I recommend a slight clockwise rotation to level the front railing. Strong work. 7

OOOH extreme wide angle (or fisheye). Like it, very well controlled distortion. How did you manage to keep the ballustrade flat ?
