Sunrise races through ember hues finally reaching solar gold. It transfers a crystal frost fractal tree into a gold fireworks burst. The crystals of this tree actually conduct the light of sol as ice fiber optics, coloring them gold, each node glowing in gold and finally ending in a spray conducted by nature’s fiber optics. This photo is from my frost series. All are exactly what I see on my windows some mornings during the long Vermont winter. They include all the hues of sunrise, the gold of just risen sun, and fractal ice intricacies of frost crystals in every shape and form imaginable. Check them out!
