First Impression
I love sailing. All those sailboats instantly remind me of Sweden, which is where I learned to sail. Those were good times :)
(1) Composition / Content
Your photo "flows" very nicely. The pier on the left leads the eye into the photo, it then travels along the boats and ends up on the big boat on the right. The dramatic sky and the little bird (perfectly timed to be surrounded by clouds) provide additional accents and places of interest.
(2) Background
The sky is very dramatic with the white clouds on the dark blue sky. Did you use a polarizing filter for this? It worked well. The bottle green of the water is also nice, and the two frame the rows of mainly white boats very well.
(3) Camera Work / Technical
Good. The photo is in focus, the horizon level, and there's a nice range of contrast and colors.
(4) Post-processing
Looks fine to me. I like the simple white frame that you've chosen, it complements the picture well without being distracting.
(5) Meeting the Challenge
Absolutely. I could easily see this in a sailing magazine or brochure.
(6) My Opinion
As I already mentioned, I like sailing. I think you've captured the feeling of being out there really well, I can almost here the lines click against the masts. A very nice photo, and I think your score reflects it. I really have nothing to add to improve it. :)

| Cool sky. Cool background. The boats really lack the crispness that I feel is essential in this type of shot. It is a good concept, just a point of clarity really. |

| A wonderful sky and marina. I feel that it could have been much better if you could have placed a boat or other nautical item in the foreground and had the rest of the picture beyond it. This would add character and interest to the overall picture. Did you use a polarizing filter on this? If so great resullts in the sky. 7 |

| The clouds in this picture appear to "pop" off the sky. The blue-green water is also nice. Good job. |

| Great stock image, the sky or/and watter can be used for text,.The picture in its entirety can be a fill image in frames and public places. |

| An excellent image. I'm familiar with clouds like those (we have a lot like these where I'm from). I love how you have captured this beautiful scenery. Certainly a well defined stock photo. Excellent job and GL. |

| Amazing sky! I would like to see the boats a lilttle bit sharper but it could just be the result of downsizing for submission. The bird is a nice addition to the photo. |

| Wonderul composition. I really like this shot. The contrast of the boats against the water, adn the clouds against the sky are particularly effective. Kinda makes me want to sing the theme from "Gilligan's Island" :-P . 10 |

| Pretty - there were pictures I liked better, but this is the only one that is perfect for stock - that seagull is a good tough. |
