This isn't a photograph, it's a drawing. We allow a lot of leeway in use of photoshop tools in Standard Editing, but it doesn't extend this far.

8 from me. Sorry you got DQ'd. I really like it. It reminds me of an art piece I did in high school. I got a high mark for it. But I pinched the idea from a Donald Duck comic and if my art teacher had found out it would have been ripped up.
