 In RAW, sharpened, increased BLACKS, countered with FILL LIGHT and RECOVERY.
In PS, sharpened with a High Pass Filter routine, removed the most annoying window bugs and glare with the SPOT HEALING TOOL, and some LEVELS. As per STANDARD EDITING RULES, the GPS and RADIO glass panel screens were replaced with a previous (same flight) capture without the flash unit which eliminated the glare. Resized, added the border, and saved.

I predict 5.6.
