A twist in time appeared before me as I road silently in the backseat of my wife's Hyundai. I grabbed my camera and captured the event as it unfolded before us. Of course neither my dad, nor my wife could see what was actually happening, as they could only view the event with their naked eyes and not with a camera being rotated. ;-)

PP: Added some contrast via Nik Pro Contrast in the Color Efex tool. Not much other than that.

An appealing image that contributes well to the challenge

Well done Daniel for your use of an explorative technique to create something unique as you have done here. This spinning technique is good for drawing the viewer in to the centred item of interest, this quite similar to altering the focal length of a zoom lens during a long exposure except there the radiating lens radiate towards the centre. The pattern of bright coloured lights also help to contain the centred attention. The choice of subject leaves the lower half of the frame less interesting so I think choice of subject is quite critical but nevertheless still an interesting image.
