 That's no window light ;-)
It's a hotshoe flash in a small softbox at 11 o'clock. There is a slight, almost barely noticeable, fill coming from the white wall at camera right. Maybe i should have added some fill up front, to emphasize the pistachios a bit. At least something to bounce the the light from.

B&W conversion in camera using customized MC (Monochrome) picture control settings. I like my B&W like i like my women - sharp with a lot of contrast.

this is one of the best entries in this challenge - the composition, the light - just beautiful. But what hinders me from giving a 10 is that missing
