Originally a phrase from a German soccer coach referring to the ball and the goal...

I thought this might fit to my experiment with small silver christmas balls - the first time I tried to use water drops as an additional lens. Had a very hard time to get the focus sharp. Any advice to make it better is appreciated!

Strong composition and concept - a really nice exploration of bokeh and lens distortion. You have some patches of the background that show some noise uncharacteristic with the rest of the image, where it looks like you've either selectively sharpened parts of the drops near them and carelessly bled over into the background - or there were just some smudges on the glass pane you had the drops positioned on. It's visible especially around the drop on the lower left third, and the one near the middle on the bottom, which distract somewhat from the strength of the image - something that could be improved a lot just by cleaning that up in postprocessing. Still, one of my favourites in this challenge.

Tribute to Sepp Herberger ;-)
Kind of psychedelic.
